Plan Details

  1. Planned servicing of CCTV  system, carried out on a scheduled basis three times per year. The Video Surveillance System Maintenance  includes:
  • Inspection of all major system components and connections for signs of damage.
  • Check control equipment such as DVRs, hard-drives, monitors for correct operation.
  • Check all mains and power supplies.
  • Check clamping bolts/brackets are tightened correctly.
  • Check all camera  presets and settings
  • Camera Callibration
  • Focus re-adjustments
  • Cleaning dirt and dust from Camera body  & Lens
  • Remote diagnostics

2.  Yearly Alarm Signaling Security Service includes:

  • Check core alarm functionality i.e. the system arms and activates correctly
  • Sensor check (Clean outside, check for any obstructions and check battery)
  • Check  back-up Battery  i.e. in case of a power cut your alarm works properly (and doesn’t activate / false alarm)
  • Check entry / exit timing Programming
  • Check wiring inside of panel and sensors (check for loose / cut wires)
  • Verifying the zoning and records are updated and correct

3. 24-hours a day, 7-days a week helpline for advice and support

4. Free of charge  change of consumables such as Motion, Contact and Smoke Sensor Batteries  that are generally costly on their own.

5. Priority scheduling for service and maintenance agreement.
