Magnetic Contact

  • Protective device that monitors  the opening and closure of doors and windows.
  • These door and window sensors are comprised of two parts. One installed on the door or window and the other on the door frame or window sill. When a door or window is closed, the two parts of the sensor are joined together, creating a security circuit.
  • Alerts end-user and/or CMS and signals the alarm panel to activate the system siren if breached

Alarm Control Panel

  • Used to Arm & Disarm the security system
  • They typically feature a touchpad for easy programming and interaction and can be programmed to work with wireless remote controls called key fobs.

Motion Sensor (PIR)

  • Sensors that detect motion
  • They are used to sense movement of people, animals, or other objects 
  • They are electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its field of view.

  •  It can make a tone sound or talk and say “intruder, intruder, the police have been called.”

Water Leak Detector (Flood Sensor)

  • Detection of water leaks or detecting excessively high water level. 
  • Can be placed in residential settings but  it is typically used in Proffesional settings such as in communication base stations, undergrounds, IT rooms and warehouses

External Sounder / Outdoor Siren

  • External sounders act as front-line deterrents against the threat of intrusion whether located on a house, Office or Govermental  Buildings or Warehouses 
  • 100 dB sound output alerts both the occupier and any neighbours to alarm activity
  • Emits Pulsing light to warn that Alarm System is found in the property
  • Emits Flashing light when alarm is activated
